A glass of red and cheese and biscuits after a day in the garden
Quick as a flash Beryl moves in and pinches the last of the cheese.
Anyhow the score so far.
The family down the road whose chick I put back in a tree twice has vanished. Probably killed by one of those cats that never catch birds.
I do not know whether our twins survived as Jnr has kept them at the far edge of the territory. I did see one of them flying today.
The family up the road still have both of their twins and Missey still has her chick.
They are all very competent flyers but are rarely seen down on the ground so the hunting lessons have not started yet.
The noise from five demanding chicks is amazing.
